Start Your Flight Training Journey

Your aviation journey starts here. With the right training and support, you'll be ready to earn your certificates and achieve your dreams!

Private Pilot License (PPL)

2-3 Months

A Private Pilot License lets you fly an airplane for fun or travel, but not for pay. You can carry passengers, fly day or night, and go to almost any airport in the U.S.

Commercial Pilots License (CPL)

2-3 Months

Commercial Pilot License lets you get paid to fly single-engine airplanes. You can work as a flight instructor, banner tow pilot, skydive pilot, and more. With this certificate, you can finally turn your hobby into a career!

Instrument Rating (IR)

1-2 Months

An Instrument Rating lets you fly through clouds, rain, and low visibility using only your instruments. It makes you a safer, more skilled pilot and is required for airline and advanced flying.

Multi-Engine Rating (MER)

2-4 Weeks

A Multi-Engine Rating allows you to fly aircraft with more than one engine, opening the door to faster, larger, and more powerful airplanes. It's a key step toward professional pilot careers and airline jobs.

After Your Licenses: How to Build Your 1,500 Hours

After earning your PPL, IR, CPL, and MER, the next big goal is to reach 1,500 flight hours — the amount required by the FAA to qualify for an airline transport pilot (ATP) certificate. Here’s how pilots commonly build their time and experience after training.
