Welcome to Airlanta. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully

1. Services Provided
Airlanta provides professional flight instruction and related training services, including flight lessons, ground instruction, mock checkrides, and exam preparation.

2. Payments
All payments for flight training, ground instruction, and associated services are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Students must schedule lessons in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Refunds
Refunds are not automatically granted and are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. All refund requests must follow the process outlined on the Refund Policy page. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students must arrive on time, prepared, and in a condition to safely conduct flight operations. Students are responsible for adhering to all safety regulations, TSA requirements, and instructor guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Airlanta is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, maintenance, instructor availability, or other factors outside our control. Students agree to assume all risks associated with flight training activities.
7. Changes to Terms
Airlanta reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
